Romantic,Whimsical, Wedding By The Ocean

Pink and whimsical this wedding was a summer time treat! Be inspired and enjoy the breathtaking views of Down East Maine....

Denise and Brian chose to marry at John Peter's Estate... They went with a pink wedding with gold accents, whimsical and romantic....

They were married by the shore in the woods with a touching and loving ceremony...,
then Denise and Brian treated their gift to cocktail hour with ice cream bar, sundae bar & popcorn.... signature drinks with polka dot straws...  Next guests moved up to the reception tent,  for dinner, and dancing to the Portland Based Band Time Pilots... Finally, after the dinner and dancing... guest moved to the after party tent that glowed pink for an after party.

On this sunny June day, I thought you all could be inspired by this incredible couple and this incredible day for inspiration...

Enjoy.

Sweet Thanks from a Mother of the Bride

It is always nice to wake up to a sweet note of thanks.  Amanda Walker was such a fun, laid back bride.  She wanted a classic nautical wedding in Lincolnville, Maine.  She chose the Summit at Point Look Out and it was a great choice, for her classic Maine wedding.  The results where lovely and we had so much fun, meeting Amanda and her family, delivering her bouquets and setting up the centerpieces.  Today, after being up ALL night with a sick kiddo, it was a nice get this note of thanks from Amanda's mother.....

Finally getting around to say Thank-you so much for the

beautiful centerpieces and bridesmaids bouquets and most of

all Amanda's beautiful bouquet. It was simply gorgeous and

with her Gram's gold pin attached to it completed it elegantly.

She has had many compliments about her flowers.

Transporting the flowers to Point Lookout was appreciated

more than you know... a very big plus, plus. Happy Holidays to

you all.

Thank you Debbie for the sweet note.... it was a great pick me up.

Inspiration Board for Brooke!!

She had some of the major vendors done and was looking more for help with the design and planning the flow of the weekend. I met with Brooke's mother and knew I was going to love working with this family!

Brooke and Andrew really wanted a classic coastal wedding. They loved the blue palette with white accents. Classic, clean, and yet contemporary. Brooke was drawn to the starfish, so we are planning on using the starfish with a modern twist, using clean lines. Here is my Inspiration Board for Brooke and Andrew. I will repost it again on the night of their rehearsal so you can revisit the inspiration when we get to see the reality!!
